A Visitor

Yesterday, I had a little visitor in my wildflower bucket.  I have a bucket by the front door with Wildflowers in it and I found this little guy on one of the flowers.  I was able to get right up to him without him moving, but after one shot a big gust of wind came through and took him away with it.  So I decided to go ahead and take a picture of the wildflower as well.

First Blog

So I finally decided to get a blog. I know, I am terribly slow :)

I figure for my first blog, I will show you some photos from my recent trip to San Diego. I went to visit a very dear friend, Jamie. She planned a trip for a few of us photo geeks to go to the Salton Sea while I was there. I am used to the heat in Phoenix, people think it is hot here. Let me tell ya, we are not even close to the heat at the Salton Sea. I think the Salton Sea is on the edge of the sun. I don't think we will ever go there again in the summer. It has a lot of cool old and torn down things to take pics of, great place for photo geeks. I would love to shoot some portraits there, maybe a trash the dress session!
